IMPLANTS

Dental  implants are fixtures such as artificial roots created to replace missing or lost teeth for any reason.

They are currently made of titanium and preferably act as substitues  of tooth roots. After placement in the maxila or mandible, and once oseointegrated, they give support to the new artificial teeth that will be joined to them.
