This 3 days hands-on course is performed on the teaching center Osteoplac located in San Sebastian, (Gipuzkoa) Spain / lat.43º17´n-long.01º58´n. The course is limited to 15 participants maximum. Coffee breaks, lunch and a farewell dinner are included.

Course Objective

The objective of this course of 3 days, is to provide the attendees with a deep theoretical knowledge but more important with a deep hands-on experience on the management of provisional restorations on implants in the esthetic zone in order to maximize the periimplant soft tissue esthetics around the final restorations – critical element for achieving gingival integration and esthetic success. In this course 2 live patient demonstrations will be performed by Dr. Gamborena on implants in the esthetic zone either immediate and staged. Attendees will learn how to adapt provisionals from the laboratory into the patient´s mouth in order to get the highest esthetic result possible. A clinical case will be selected to perform the provisional as well as the implant abutment by the participants involved in this course. The idea behind this set up is to provide to the participants with a real solution into a real case in which the attendees will experience the laboratory intricacies as well as the prosthetic implications and clinical adjustments performed chair-side later on by Dr.Gamborena. A prosthetic workshops will be performed by the attendees in order to have a global experience in this type of high advance implant esthetic courses.
